Steam Cray Fish















I bet you never knew cray fish can be cook in this way and still taste heavenly....those amazing teochews!!!

Indeed, the natural taste of the cray fish was fully maximised with a chewy bounce in every bite. The vegetables condiments that was together in the steaming process brought out the sweetness of these yummy white meat...

Will endeavour to take better shots next time as i fight off the chopsticks to threatens to clean off the plates.
